(ATLANTA, GA) – The University of Denver Athletics (Denver) and The Aspire Group (Aspire) have announced an extension of their well-established partnership. Since arriving on campus in 2017, Aspire’s DU Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) has generated more than $13M in ticket sales and donation revenue. Moving forward, Aspire will retain ownership of ticket sales, service, and operations across all Pioneer athletic events as well as non-sport events held in DU’s Ritchie Center.

Over the past five years, The Aspire Group has steadily increased its responsibilities at DU, utilizing database marketing, retention modeling, fan experience surveying, and pricing analytics to maximize revenue for the Pioneers. An in-depth men’s hockey repricing study led by Aspire’s Strategy team has driven more than $100K in ticket revenue lift in year one and set the program up for long-term fiscal success.

“We are excited to continue working together with DU leadership to serve and grow the Pioneer fanbase through a best-in-class Fan Relationship Management Center,” said Chad Cardinal, Aspire’s Senior VP of Strategy and Operations, “The collective results produced to date only happen when collaboration and care levels are high. We look forward to driving towards more records with DU.”

Denver’s Senior Associate Athletic Director for External Operations and Service, Angel Field, said, “We value the partnership and expertise that Aspire brings to DU Athletics from fan relations and data analysis to strategic sales and ticket operations.”
