As Regional Director of Fan Relationship Management Centers (FRMC), Chad’s top priorities include partner achievement, personal and professional development of teammates & impacting the bottom line in a sustainable fashion.
Since Cardinal joined the Aspire Family in 2015, he has overseen the Santa Clara University FRMC. Noteworthy achievements during this time include the FRMC being the enterprise-wide leader in Raise Your Game trainings, earning an increased scope of each year & being a 2x Aspire Retreat MVP (2016 Rookie & 2017 Leaders).
In advance of joining Aspire, Chad was fortunate to serve as the Ticket Sales Manager for the Boston Bruins & TD Garden for four (4) seasons. Responsibilities included oversight of several ticket & premium products for the Bruins, Celtics & arena events which totaled north of $85M annually. Another leadership role included two (2) seasons as the Senior Manager of Ticket Sales for Sporting Kansas City. As an individual sales contributor for the Minnesota Lynx of the WNBA, Chad was twice in the Top 15 league-wide revenue producer & the top salesperson for the sales team that finished in the Top 2 in group sales three (3) consecutive years.
Originally from Brooklyn Park, MN, Chad was a student-athlete (baseball) and graduated from Mayville State University (ND) with a degree in Exercise Science & Sports Management, minor in Coaching & certificate in Information Technology.
