Denver Athletics brings in The Aspire Group for ticketing partnership

ATLANTA, GA – The Aspire Group announced a five-year partnership with University of Denver (DU) Athletics for outsourced ticket marketing, sales & service support. The partnership includes an on-campus Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMCSM) for the Pioneers along with full integration into Aspire’s data insights platform.

The DU FRMCSM will include a specialized staff of seven dedicated to new ticket sales, service and retention, database marketing and analytics, and group sales. These specializations combined with Aspire’s cutting-edge data insights platform, and industry-leading fan research and strategy development will provide DU fans with an unmatched customer experience.

Tony Garrett, Regional VP of Fan Relation Management will serve as the liaison between Aspire and DU. Garrett currently manages 13 of Aspire’s 29 FRMCsSM including the University of South Florida, University of Toledo, and 2016 Big East Men’s Basketball Champions, Seton Hall University.

The University of Denver is Aspire’s 8th new partner of 2017. In 2016, Aspire added 32 new partners to the portfolio of over 190 professional and collegiate properties with over $200 million in ticket and related donation revenue generated globally.
