ATLANTA, GA – Northeastern University and The Aspire Group (Aspire), recently acquired by Playfly Sports, have agreed to a partnership extension. In 2018, Aspire established a Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) on Northeastern’s Boston campus to drive sales across all ticketed sports and generate donations to the Howlin’ Huskies Fund. Since the FRMC’s inception, it has produced $1.6 million in revenue, with fiscal year 2023 sales trending towards a 15% increase over 2022 results.

Aspire and Northeastern have driven significant revenue increases across all Huskies teams year-over-year. The Strategy, Analytics, and Marketing (SAM) team at Aspire has also provided Northeastern athletics with its award-winning ticket pricing expertise, optimizing the Huskies ice hockey ticket inventory to maximize revenue and attendance.

“Our relationship with Aspire has allowed us to provide our fans with a first-class experience, and we’re thrilled to have the opportunity to extend this partnership,” said Director of Athletics and Recreation Jim Madigan. “We look forward to continuing our work with Sean Allison and his team moving into the future.”

“We are excited to extend our relationship with Northeastern Athletics,” said Manager of Sales and Service at Northeastern FRMC, Sean Allison. “We would like to thank Jim Madigan and the whole department for their continued trust in our FRMC to serve and grow the Huskies fanbase. We are committed to building the best fan experience for our passionate supporters.”
