ATLANTA, GA – Following a record-breaking fiscal year 2022, USA Hockey Arena and The Aspire Group (Aspire) have announced a multi-year contract extension. The partnership began in 2019 when Aspire established an on-site Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) at USA Hockey Arena in Plymouth Township, MI. Led by Director of Sales and Service, Carl Arndt, the FRMC has generated over $700k in ticket sales revenue since inception.

In fiscal year 2022, Aspire generated over $290K in ticket sales revenue for the USA Hockey National Team Development Program (NTDP), a new annual record for the venue. Aspire will continue to provide best-in-class ticket sales, hospitality, and box office services for all arena events, and is excited to break more records in the years to come.

“We are delighted and proud to extend our partnership with The Aspire Group as we work together to build USA Hockey fans for life,” said Mike Henry, general manager of USA Hockey Arena. “We are excited to use Aspire’s ticket marketing, sales, and service practices to reach new heights, and will continue creating exceptional experiences for USA Hockey fans.”

“We are thrilled to continue working together with USA Hockey as we serve the passionate fanbase through our best-in-class Fan Relationship Management Center,” said Justin Morelli, Aspire’s Regional Director of Sales and Service. “We are grateful to Scott Monaghan, Tony Driscoll, and the entire team for giving Aspire the opportunity to continue growing USA Hockey’s fan base and providing exceptional customer service to the community. Aspire is excited to take the ticket marketing, sales, and service at the USA Hockey Arena to record-breaking heights.”
