UC Riverside Athletics and The Aspire Group Announce Partnership

UC Riverside Athletics and The Aspire Sport Marketing Group announced today that they have signed a multi-year agreement to develop a Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) on the Riverside campus.

The UCR FRMC Manager will be Bryan Avolio, who makes his way from the University at Buffalo where he has been a team leader within the Aspire system. Along with the Manager, there will be a full-time sales consultant and an intern who will be tasked with maximizing ticket sales revenue, providing excellent customer service and building the Highlanders fan base.

UC Riverside Athletics becomes the 22nd school to sign with the Atlanta-based The Aspire Group.

“I am very excited about this partnership, and what this will do for our department and UCR as it relates to growing our fan base,” said Interim Director of Athletics Jim Wooldridge.

“I have worked with The Aspire Group in the past, and they have proven results in the areas of fan base building, while providing exceptional customer service,” said Senior Associate Athletics Director Eric Buskirk. “Our partnership with The Aspire Group is yet another strategic advancement in line with our associations with Nelligan Sports (Sponsorship Sales), LRG (Licensing), Adidas (Apparel), E&G Designs (Graphic Design) and other partners as we build our external business model.”
