The Aspire Group Maintains Presence In Sun Belt Conference With University of Louisiana at Monroe

The Aspire Group and the University of Louisiana at Monroe Warhawks (ULM) have formed a partnership to launch an on-site Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) that will implement all ticket marketing, ticket sales, ticket service and game day ticket operations for Football, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Baseball and all other olympic sports at ULM. The ULM FRMC will consist of a Manager, Ticket Operations Coordinator and two Sales Consultants providing exceptional customer service to the Warhawk community while also supporting Warhawk athletics in their strive for excellence.

“It is a mission of Warhawk Athletics to consistently support and make the Warhawks community proud. The addition of The Aspire Group allows Warhawks Athletics the opportunity to deliver on that mission and create a personal relationship with each Warhawks fan,” stated Brian Wickstrom, Director of Athletics for University of Louisiana at Monroe. “We are excited to begin this partnership with The Aspire Group and welcome them into the Warhawks family.”

The Aspire Group has hired Jamel Jodah to manage the ULM FRMC. The University of Memphis graduate began his career with the Memphis Grizzlies (NBA) and most recently had been an Account Executive for the New Orleans Pelicans (NBA) for the past two years.
