ATLANTA, GA – Saint Joesph’s University and Playfly Aspire have agreed to a ticket sales and service partnership, organization officials announced on Wednesday. Playfly Aspire will launch a fan relationship management center (FRMC) on Saint Joesph’s Hawk Hill Campus. The FRMC will be responsible for ticket sales to all St. Joe’s athletic events and overseeing ticket operations. Zach Lehrbaum will lead the Saint Joesph’s FRMC as Director of Sales, Service, and Operations.

Saint Joesph’s competes in the Atlantic Ten (A-10) conference and are the 4th active A-10 member to partner with Playfly Aspire, joining George Mason, Richmond, and VCU.

“Saint Joseph’s is excited to partner with Playfly Aspire, an industry leader in ticketing and fan relationship management,” said Saint Joseph’s University Vice President and Director of Athletics Jill Bodensteiner. “Along with providing the best fan-first ticketing experience, we’re also thrilled with the opportunity that Playfly Aspire will provide to help grow St. Joe’s fan base throughout the region.”

“The whole Playfly Aspire family is ecstatic to partner with Saint Joesph’s Athletics,” said Playfly Aspire Senior Vice President of Client Development, A.J. Smith. “Our partnership will provide Hawks supporters with first-class fan engagement for years to come.”

“I feel at home on campus working out of Hagan Arena here on Hawk Hill,” said FRMC leader, Zach Lehrbaum. “I am very much looking forward to serving our loyal fans and helping develop the next generation of Hawks fans.”
