Playfly Aspire and Lindenwood Agree to Ticket Sales, Service, and Operations Partnership
August 22, 2023
ATLANTA, GA – Lindenwood University and Playfly Aspire have agreed to a ticket sales, service, and operations partnership. Playfly Aspire will establish a fan relationship management center (FRMC) on Lindenwood’s St. Charles, MO campus. The FRMC will drive sales to all Lions ticketed athletic events and oversee the operation of all box office locations.
Playfly Aspire will focus on maximizing fan attendance and revenue on the heels of Lindenwood’s recent jump to Division 1 athletics, as a member of the Ohio Valley conference.
“Playfly Aspire is very excited to begin working alongside Lindenwood Athletics,” said Playfly Aspire Director of Client Development, Joe Kronander. “We cannot wait to get the FRMC up and running and begin interacting with the Lions’ dedicated fan base.”
“This partnership will be a continuation of the momentum we experienced last season in our first year of NCAA Division I status,” said Lindenwood Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics, Jason Coomer. “Playfly Aspire has a proven track record of driving ticket sales to assist in providing an excellent game day experience for sports fans. The launch of this new ticketing and sales operation will only strengthen LU Athletics in the marketplace as we continue to welcome record crowds into our venues. The excitement in St. Charles is evident and we look forward to the community taking this journey with us.”
