Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC and Aspire Kick Off a New Partnership
February 8, 2022
ATLANTA, GA – The Pittsburgh Riverhounds (Riverhounds), longstanding members of the United Soccer League’s top-tier Championship division, and The Aspire Group (Aspire) have announced a partnership focused on new ticket sales. The remote Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) will sell and service all ticket inventory for the club.
“We are thrilled to announce our partnership with the Aspire Group. They are the leader in ticket sales strategies, and together with Aspire, we look to continue growing our fan base while expanding our brand awareness,” said Riverhounds SC President, Vic Gregovits.
Bernie Mullin, Aspire’s Chairman and Founder, stated, “The Aspire Group is proud to partner with another great USL Club, particularly one as established and strong as Riverhounds SC. This is an even bigger honor for me personally given my lifelong passion for soccer as both a semi-professional player and coach as well as the seven amazing years my family and I spent in the ‘Burgh while I was working in local sport.”
Aspire is the preferred outsourced supplier of all ticket sales and service for the United Soccer League (USL) and its 135+ senior clubs across three professional divisions. The Riverhounds are Aspire’s third USL partner, joining Tormenta FC and Monterey Bay FC.
About Riverhounds SC
Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC first began play in the USL A-League in 1999, making it the third most-tenured team in USL and one of the longest-running professional soccer teams currently operating in the United States. Based out of their scenic home at Highmark Stadium, which opened in 2013 as the only the second team-owned, soccer-specific stadium in USL, the Riverhounds are one of the league’s most successful clubs in recent years as one of only three teams to win more than 60 games over the past four USL Championship seasons.
