National Collegiate Athletic Association and The Aspire Group Continue Partnership with Three-Year Extension

The National Collegiate Athletic Association® (NCAA) has renewed its partnership with The Aspire Group to continue selling championship ticket packages for select NCAA championships.

The NCAA Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) will continue to operate remotely out of the National Sales Center in Atlanta, GA and consist of 10 sales consultants, managed by Alicia Deedy. Deedy oversaw the 2012-13 campaign which sold championship ticket packages for five NCAA championships

“The Aspire Group has continued to support us in our goal to provide our fans with the best customer service experience possible these past two years. The Aspire Group’s performance made the decision to renew and extend the partnership extremely easy, as it consistently surpassed expectations” stated Josh Logan, Director of Ticketing and Marketing for NCAA championships.

The Aspire Group is now entering its third year selling NCAA championships, and the main focus of the FRMC will be on individual and group ticket sales, encouraging the fans to “Experience It Live.”  Aspire will utilize its Intelligent Marketing approach that revolves around highly targeted email and text campaigns followed by a rapid phone call response to interest shown in the tournaments. Aspire uniquely brings cutting-edge ticketing technology to the NCAA, coupled with a personal touch.

The Aspire Group has sold championship ticket packages for the following championships to date: FCS Football Championship, Women’s Volleyball, Men’s Basketball Regional events, Women’s Basketball Final Four®, Men’s Lacrosse Championships and the Women’s College Softball World Series®, and this year will add sales for regionals leading to the Men’s Frozen Four® in ice hockey.
