Front Office Sports Recognizes Aspire as a Back-to-Back Best Employer in Sports

ATLANTA, GA – Front Office Sports recognized The Aspire Group for a second straight year as a winner of the 2022 Best Employers in Sports award, joining the likes of the Denver Broncos, New York Mets, and Fanatics, as multi-year winners. Aspire’s latest award from Front Office Sports recognizes companies in the sport and entertainment industry that are doing the best by their employees and received the highest scores in an anonymous employee survey. Developed in partnership with Canvs, the survey analyzes the sentiment and emotions behind employee’s open-ended responses in addition to collecting quantitative ratings.

In their latest internal employee feedback surveys, Aspire staff reported their highest net promoter score and satisfaction ratings in four years and rated opportunities for growth as their top driver of employment.
