Florida Atlantic University (FAU) announced today that they have extended their partnership with The Aspire Group for outsourced ticket marketing, sales and services for the eight ticketed varsity sports until June 30, 2015. In addition to operating the highly successful FAU Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC), which produced just over $1M in ticket and related donation revenues in the first year alone, Aspire has provided valuable strategic consulting and market research services. FAU’s extension is not surprising given that Aspire’s revenue performance was 300% above goal.

“From the beginning of my association with The Aspire Group at The Ohio State University, and then to my transition to Athletic Director of Florida Atlantic University, I have been nothing but impressed by Aspire’s ability to go above and beyond to produce superb results for their partners. This extension is just the beginning of what is ahead for the FAU and Aspire partnership,” said Pat Chun, Athletic Director, Florida Atlantic University.

Under the leadership of former Miami Heat top producer Brian Treiser, the FAU FRMC scored an additional landmark achievement in retaining 100% of its staff during the first seventeen months of operation. This stable relationship between the FAU FRMC staff and the Owl community has been pivotal in fortifying the fan base and is a major contributing factor to the tremendous success enjoyed to date.

“The Aspire Group and FAU have an amazing partnership. The University Administration really understands the Aspire model and the results that can come from leveraging our unique marketing and sales expertise in the collegiate space. We look forward to building upon our current relationships with Owls fans, the University and the South Florida community as a whole,” said FAU FRMC Manager Brian Treiser.
