Events DC Expands Partnership with The Aspire Group for the AT&T Nation’s Football Classic®
August 24, 2016
After a successful intelligent email marketing campaign in 2015, Events DC has extended their partnership with The Aspire Group, the global leader in sport and entertainment revenue enhancement, to also include proactive outbound sales support from Aspire’s National Sales Center in Atlanta, GA. This year’s Classic featuring the Howard Bison and Hampton Pirates, will be played at RFK Stadium in Washington, DC on Saturday, September 17 at 3:30 p.m.
“The Aspire Group are experts at driving revenue growth through outbound sales efforts and e-mail marketing strategies,” says Pete Kirschner, Director of Marketing and Communications of sports, entertainment and special events at Events DC. “Their capabilities are the perfect complement to the social, digital, print and broadcast marketing tactics used to generate both brand awareness and sales for the AT&T Nation’s Football Classic®.”
“Aspire is very excited to continue working with Events DC for the upcoming AT&T Nation’s Football Classic®. Our focus for this campaign will be proactively communicating with the fans on the ticketing options and new experiences for 2016 through email marketing and outbound sales efforts,” said Madison Southerlin, Manager of Client Partner Marketing for Aspire. “Our intelligent email marketing capability arms our sales consultants with the highest quality leads for optimal efficiency on the phones.”
The Aspire Group has provided remote intelligent email marketing support for 24 client partners resulting in over $430,000 in ticket sales. The goal for Aspire’s in-house email marketing capability is to provide their sales teams, whether in the adjacent National Sales Center or on-site at an FRMC, with digitally pre-qualified leads, eliminating cold calling. Aspire gives sales consultants the ability to track real-time engagement and analytics on sales campaigns resulting in a more intelligent strategy when communicating with the fans on the phone. Aspire’s intelligent email marketing efforts when coupled with a follow up phone call result in three to six times the amount of revenue than just an independent phone call or email.
