Coastal Carolina and Aspire Agree To Add Multi-Year Extension To Partnership
April 18, 2023
ATLANTA, GA – Coastal Carolina University (CCU) and The Aspire Group (Aspire) have agreed to a multi-year extension of their partnership. Aspire first established a Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) with Coastal Carolina in 2017. During their time together in Conway, SC, Aspire and Coastal Carolina have produced numerous sell outs across Chanticleer athletics and set annual revenue records in both fiscal year 2022 and fiscal year 2023.
In addition to providing best-in-class ticket sales and service, Aspire has also supported Coastal Carolina with comprehensive fan research. Following an in-depth analysis of the Chanticleer fan base, the Aspire Strategy team recommended premium seating and experience offerings to improve season ticket holder retention. Aspire analysis also discovered opportunities for increased Chanticleer Athletic Foundation awareness and a strengthened student to alumni donor pipeline.
“We are honored to extend our partnership with Coastal Carolina. It’s been an incredible partnership to date and can’t wait to see this athletic department continue to go to new heights over the next five years,” said Aspire Regional Director of Sales and Service Howard Ticker. “We take great pride in the responsibility Coastal Carolina administration has entrusted in us to service Chanticleer fans.”
“We are excited to renew our relationship with Aspire. Over the last few seasons, we have enjoyed unprecedented growth in tickets sold and our season ticket base,” said Coastal Carolina Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics and University Recreation, Matt Hogue. “Aspire’s resources and support have played an integral role in that success.”
