Calgary Stampede Enters Consulting Partnership with The Aspire Group

ATLANTA, GA – The Aspire Sport Marketing Group and the Calgary Stampede have announced a partnership for ticket marketing, sales & service (TiMSSSM) consulting support. Aspire’s Strategic Consulting & Research (SC&R) team’s mission is to identify additional opportunities to drive revenue and increase ticket sales for the annual rodeo and evening show.
“We are very excited to partner with The Aspire Group to assist in the development of winning sales strategies that set us up for our 2017 festival and beyond,” said Jason Coxford, Sales & Marketing Manager.
The partnership was launched in early January with a three-day on-site visit from Bill Duffy, CEO and Michael Farris, Director of Strategic Consulting & Research, that included one-on-one interviews throughout the organization and “greenlight” brainstorm sessions. From the visit, the team will produce a report highlighting opportunities to enhance the Stampede’s sales and marketing strategies.
“We look forward to working with the Stampede staff and building a customized TiMSSSM Plan that will provide the Calgary Stampede with framework and strategies to make sure the 2017 festival is the best yet,” stated Bill Duffy, The Aspire Group’s CEO.
The Aspire Group has provided similar services to multiple sports & entertainment properties including the Florida Panthers (NHL), Florida Citrus Sports and, most recently, The Open (Golf). The Calgary Stampede is The Aspire Group’s 7th client partner added in 2017.
