Aspire & USF Pass $10M in Ticket & Donation Revenue
July 12, 2022
ATLANTA, GA – The Aspire Group’s (Aspire) Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) on the campus of the University of South Florida (USF) has surpassed $10 Million in lifetime ticket & donation revenue and exceeded $3M in revenue for the fiscal year 2022.
Since first partnering in 2016 with a focus on new ticket sales, the FRMC’s sustained success has resulted in two contract extensions, staff augmentation, and significant scope of work increases. Under the direction of Senior Director of Sales and Service, Brian Specia, the FRMC now solicits donations and drives new sales, service, and retention across all of USF’s ticketed sports.
Aspire’s Strategic Consulting, & Research team has added value to the partnership through extensive fan research and football price benchmarking. The analysis of thousands of football and basketball fan surveys has driven improvements in nearly all areas of the Bull’s gameday experience.
USF Sr. Associate Athletic Director of External Affairs, Meredith Scerba, said, “Hitting this milestone is a true testament to the incredible work done by the Aspire team. Their commitment to the brand, the relationships they have established with our fan base, and their ongoing dedication to excellence has gotten us to this point. We are excited for the future of USF Athletics and the next milestones we will reach!”
“Our results at USF would not be possible without the hard work from each and every member of the FRMC and the leadership and trust we receive from Michael Kelly and Meredith Scerba,” said Tony Garrett, Aspire’s Senior VP of Fan Relationship Management and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. “We are thrilled to continue our support of Bulls Athletics as they enter an extremely exciting time with the addition of an on-campus stadium.”
