New Mexico State University (NMSU) and The Aspire Group have reached an agreement to build a Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) on campus in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The Aspire Group will assist in developing a ticket sales and service campaign set to launch in mid-July. The FRMC will consist of one manager and three full-time sales consultants proactively selling a full menu of tickets to the Aggie fan base.

“We are thrilled to announce our partnership with The Aspire Group.  Crucial to our success as an athletic department is the ability to provide great customer service and an enjoyable game day experience.  Both will be greatly enhanced with The Aspire Group as our partner,” said Steve Macy, Associate Athletic Director, New Mexico State University.

The focus of the NMSU FRMC will be connecting and communicating with the fans through The Aspire Group’s world-class sales and customer service techniques to build a strong foundation of life-long fans. The FRMC sales staff will lead efforts to maximize revenue and attendance frequency for New Mexico State Athletics.

“New Mexico State has a great culture behind their athletic department and it’s not hard to see the amount of potential the Aggie’s have for success. The Aspire Group is anxious to launch the FRMC and begin making calls to build relationships and enhance the overall experience for NMSU fans,” said Bill Fagan, General Manager of Fan Relationship Management.

The Aspire Group is no stranger to the Western Athletic Conference (WAC). Before Louisiana Tech’s most recent transition to Conference USA, they were the first school in the WAC to implement a Fan Relationship Management Center back in 2011. The Aspire Group also has FRMCs across conferences, such as the Big Ten, ACC and the Big East, including a FRMC for the NCAA Conference Championships.
