Leicester City Football Club and The Aspire Group form a Partnership to Sell Tickets and Provide Customer Service for Supporters
Club set to open the first ‘Fan Relationship Management Center’ (FRMC) in England.
ATLANTA- September 20, 2010 – Leicester City Football Club and The Aspire Group today announced that they are partnering to sell tickets and provide customer services for supporters for the npower Championship club. The Aspire Group will manage the outbound ticket sales operation at the ‘Fan Relationship Management Center’ located at the Walkers Stadium under the guidance of the Club.
The Aspire Group’s (TAG’s) proprietary FRMC model is a unique way to maximize ticket sales revenue and attendance by providing a superb customer experience for fans on ticket sales and service calls. TAG’s extensive experience in ticket sales and customer service in North America will be a critical factor as Leicester City looks to increase revenues, attendance, and provide their fans with better service.

The operation will be managed by John Mathers, a citizen of both Britain and Canada. John’s responsibilities include the overseeing of third-party ticket sales and service initiatives for LCFC. The primary focus relies on ticket sales revenue and growth across all sectors, customer retention and maintaining excellent customer service. Prior to joining The Aspire Group, John was the Director, Ticket Sales and Service, for the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League for four seasons. Mathers will be jointly directed by The Aspire Group’s General Manager, Bill Fagan, and Leicester City Football Club Commercial Director, Paul Hunt.
