Aspire Continues Partnership with National Collegiate Athletic Association

The Aspire Group has announced that it has renewed its Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) partnership with the NCAA to continue selling ticket packages for several NCAA championships. The NCAA Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) will operate remotely once again out of The Aspire Group’s National Sales Center – East in West Midtown Atlanta, Georgia, offering fans single game tickets and group plans to NCAA events. The NCAA FRMC will consist of a team leader, six sales consultants plus an e-marketing coordinator.

For the 2011-12 championships, The Aspire Group produced almost $500,000 in new ticket revenue; much of which directly generated using The Aspire Group’s unique 24:48:48 intelligent e-marketing strategy combined with a relationship-based phone sales techniques (this does not include any online sales driven to NCAA.com by this campaign). The campaign also created nearly almost 20,000 brand impressions.
