Aspire And Miami University Reestablish Relationship With Multi-Year Deal

ATLANTA, GA – The Aspire Group (Aspire) will be returning to the campus of Miami University (Miami), announcing a multi-year marketing, sales, and service partnership with the RedHawks. Aspire’s on-site Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) will oversee new sales, service, retention, and box office operations across all ticketed RedHawk sports.

During its time in Oxford, Aspire’s Miami University staff have generated more than $7 million in revenue for the university and led all partners in total customer talk-time.

“We are ecstatic to welcome back The Aspire Group in an effort to assist our ticket sales and operations,” said Miami University Director of Athletics, David Sayler. “Aspire’s approach to strategically maximizing revenue paired with their meticulous attention to the entire fan experience will play a major role for Miami Athletics for years to come.”

Miami Athletics will continue to utilize the Aspire Group’s award winning Strategy, Analytics, & Marketing (SAM) department to improve gameday experiences and optimize revenue generation. The SAM team has previously provided the RedHawks with in-depth fan research and recommendations, industry benchmarking data, and student focus groups.

Miami Athletics and Aspire have chosen sports industry veteran Jody Sellers to serve as the Senior Director of the Miami FRMC. Sellers has held leadership roles with Aspire at Louisiana Tech and Drake University and will be supported by Regional Director, and seven-year Aspire and MAC veteran, Justin Morelli. Morelli oversees Aspire’s Toledo partnership while providing guidance to Aspire’s four current partners in the conference and serving as a thought leader for the MAC.
