ATLANTA, GA – The Aspire Sport Marketing Group and Miami Athletics announced today a contract extension. Since 2014, the on-site Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) has been responsible for outbound new ticket sales as well as service and retention for all RedHawks’ ticketed sports.

“We are thrilled to extend our sales and service agreement with The Aspire Group,” said Deputy Director of Athletics Jude Killy. “Their collaboration, insight and strategy continue to drive and support us in ways that make us better daily. We are looking forward to continue working with them on what we all believe is a bright future for Miami Athletics.”

The extension outlines an expanded scope of work that includes premium seating, inbound ticket sales, and other initiatives.

The FRMC has generated more than $5 million in ticket sales revenue since inception and this past fiscal year, earned its highest yearly revenue to date. The FRMC also ranks first across all of Aspire’s 46 properties in total customer talk-time.

“We’re honored to extend our relationship with a partner who holds similar core values as Aspire,” said Aspire’s Chief Executive Officer Bill Duffy. “We are extremely grateful for the trust the leadership team at Miami has in us and support they’ve continued to provide our team. We look forward to the future and many more successes to come.”

In addition to ticket marketing, sales and service support, Miami Athletics utilizes Aspire’s strategic consulting and research services including post-game and post-season fan surveys as well as athletics-wide focus groups. The results from the research are used by Miami to improve fan satisfaction and game experience elements as well as to identify additional marketing and revenue opportunities.

Five-year Aspire veteran Derek Schramm manages the Miami RedHawks FRMC. Schramm moved to Oxford in June 2017 after spending two years and receiving multiple promotions at both the University of Kansas and the University of Minnesota FRMCs.
