June 3, 2021
ATLANTA, GA – The Arizona Diamondbacks of Major League Baseball (MLB) and The Aspire Sport Marketing Group (Aspire) are pleased to announce a partnership focused on new ticket sales, service, and fan retention. The Diamondbacks will utilize Aspire’s National Sales Center (NSC) in Atlanta, GA, to execute the remote campaign. The strategy and operations of the NSC are led by industry leader, Kyne Sheehy, who has guided current staff to generate seven figures for another MLB club in the last 100 days.
“The Aspire Group is a leader in providing sales and service support to teams throughout the industry,” said Diamondbacks President & CEO Derrick Hall. “With seating restrictions lifted at Chase Field and more and more fans coming out to enjoy D-backs baseball, partnering with Aspire will allow us to continue to provide a high level of customer service during this busy time with increased ticket demand.”
“The Diamondbacks have a reputation for putting their fans first,” stated Aspire CEO, Bill Fagan, “Aspire prides itself in supporting sports organizations who can benefit from extra staffing bandwidth as demand for tickets increases. We will augment the D-backs internal sales and service team with additional dedicated staff to support D-backs fans who are excited to return to Chase Field.”
The Aspire Group is excited to welcome the Arizona Diamondbacks as their second Major League Baseball partner this year and their sixth new partner overall in 2021.
