University of South Florida & Aspire Announce Multi-Year Extension

ATLANTA, GA – University of South Florida (USF) Athletics and The Aspire Group have announced a multi-year contract extension. Since beginning their partnership in March of 2016, Aspire’s USF Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) has generated nearly $6.6 million in ticket and donation revenue across all ticketed sports, including $2M in revenue during 2020, up 23% from the 2019 revenue despite the global pandemic. Aspire’s Strategic Consulting & Research department has also assisted the Bulls throughout their partnership with projects ranging from football ticket pricing optimization to multi-year fan experience research studies. Through recommendations and collaboration, Aspire has worked to ensure the health of the USF athletic department and exceptional fan experiences for years to come.

In reference to the extension, USF’s Vice President of Athletics, Michael Kelly, stated, “USF Athletics is very pleased to extend our successful partnership with The Aspire Sport Marketing Group and their highly effective and enthusiastic team of sales and service consultants working directly with our brand in Tampa. We look forward to continuing a strong and prosperous relationship as we connect with Bulls fans and provide outstanding service for their ticketing needs.”

Aspire’s current USF FRMC staff has over a decade of combined sales and service experience and is excited to continue building and growing its partnership with USF in the years ahead.
