The Aspire Group Partners with Rutgers to Boost Ticket Sales

ATLANTA, GA – The Aspire Sport Marketing Group has partnered with Rutgers Athletics to boost ticket sales.  The on-campus Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) will include a specialized staff of 15 focused on new sales, service and retention, group sales, marketing and digital strategy.

“Rutgers is extremely excited about partnering with The Aspire Group.” said Rutgers Associate Athletic Director Ryan Gottlieb. “Aspire’s experience in Ticket Marketing, Sales and Service is top notch and will allow us to leverage their best practices to better serve our supporters.” 

“We’re excited to get back to Piscataway and implement our fan-centric approach for the Scarlet Knights community and fans,” said Aspire’s Vice President, Client Partner Development A.J. Smith. “We’re grateful for the confidence the leadership team has in the #AspireDifference that we’ll bring every day.”

Dan Kaiserman, a Rutgers graduate and industry veteran, will manage the on-site FRMC. Kaiserman returns to Piscataway after nine years with the New York Red Bulls where he started his career as a Sales Representative and was promoted twice before his most recent role as the Manager, Member Services where he led the service and retention team for the Red Bulls.  

Rutgers is Aspire’s 20th new partner in the last 12 months.
