ATLANTA, GA – Siena College and The Aspire Sport Marketing Group have announced a multi-year contract extension.

The Siena Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) is responsible for new ticket sales, service and retention, and box office operations for men’s and women’s basketball. For the 2017-18 season, Siena experienced group sales increases of 80 and 85 percent for tickets sold and revenue, respectively.

In the spring of 2018, the FRMC staff received Siena’s prestigious Howard T. Tucker Award for their contributions made toward ticket sales along with the successful coordination and execution of group events such as the Pink Zone and Kids Day.

“We are excited to continue our partnership with Aspire. They have delivered a great fan experience model in their strategy of engaging the community. The Aspire staff on-site and at headquarters has brought different ideas to Siena through innovation and sharing best practices among its various partners,” said Siena’s John D’Argenio, Vice President/Director of Athletics

“We’ve enjoyed a true partnership with Siena over the past four years and look forward to our future,” said The Aspire Group’s Chief Operating Officer Bill Fagan. “Our fan-centric approach to serving both existing and new Siena Athletics fans has been well received by the community. Our on-site staff will continue to deliver year-round service and Siena can continue to tap into ‘Next Practices’ from across Aspire’s collegiate and professional partners.”

Siena was one of Aspire’s 13 contract extensions and renewals in 2018.
