ATLANTA, GA – The Aspire Group recently eclipsed $1 million in new donation revenue at their Santa Clara University Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC). Donations have gone to the Bronco Bench Foundation and the Athletic Excellence Fund, which both exist to improve to the student-athlete experience.

Partners since 2015, Santa Clara brought in Aspire to oversee all ticket marketing, sales, and service for the Broncos. Through consistent results, Aspire has steadily increased its responsibilities within the Santa Clara Athletics department over the last six years, adding stand-alone donation solicitation and box office operations. In addition to this donation success, Aspire staff have sold over $2.5 million in tickets for the Broncos.

“Our partnership with Aspire has been tremendous,” said Renee Baumgartner, Santa Clara Athletic Director. “What a great testament to our community and loyal Bronco supporters, that in collaboration with the Aspire Group, we have surpassed this milestone. It is a testament to our partnership, hard work, and dedication. Congratulations.”

“I would like to thank Santa Clara University leadership for trusting The Aspire Group with this scope of work,” said Jesse Moreno, a founding member of the FRMC and current Manager of Sales and Service at the Santa Clara FRMC. “Throughout our tenure at the Santa Clara FRMC we have experienced a lot of growth and success. Exceeding $1 million in donation revenue is a testament to our cohesive partnership and mission driven mindset. I look forward to our continued collaboration and reaching new heights within the Santa Clara FRMC.”

The Santa Clara FRMC is one of nearly two dozen clients where Aspire is responsible for soliciting stand-alone donations. During the pandemic, Aspire leaned into development and donor work, driving over $6M in donation revenue across its partners and earning annual gift responsibilities at several partners. Santa Clara is also one of several partners where Aspire staff utilized long-standing relationships with account holders to convert already sold season tickets into new donations and credit rollovers to 21-22 athletic year. Throughout the COVID pandemic, Aspire successfully saved its partners more than $50M in the form of season ticket conversion campaigns, with $11M in ticket to donation conversions.
