Having over 25 years experience at the highest levels in sports and related training, Michael Boswell understands the needs your sales and service departments have. Boz is responsible for working with each Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) and other Aspire partners to improve employees’ sales and service skills to boost revenues, attendance, and retention.
An Indiana, PA native, Boz jumped at the opportunity to begin his career at the Pittsburgh Pirates (MLB) before moving into roles including Team President of the Charleston Lowgators (NDBL) and Senior Director of Customer Service for the Atlanta Hawks (NBA) and Thrashers (NHL). When Boz isn’t helping develop the future sales and service stars of tomorrow, he is volunteering in his local community at the Big Brothers-Big Sisters and Boys and Girls Club.
