Boz joined The Aspire Group in 2012, leading his team at Rutgers University to increase the football full season ticket base from 18,500 to over 31,000 in just two seasons. He was later appointed Aspire’s Director of Sales and Service Training, and in 2019, he was promoted to Vice President of Training. In this role, Boz is responsible for training Aspire’s 200+ leaders and Sales and Service Consultants.

Prior to Aspire, Boz served as the Senior Director of Customer Service for the Atlanta Spirit, overseeing the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks and the NHL’s Thrashers. His team generated over $1M in incremental revenue through upgrades, add-ons, and referrals.

Boz has also held leadership positions in the sports industry, including Team President of the Charleston Lowgators of the NBDL. In 2006, he created the first collegiate in-house Sales Academy at Arizona State University. With experience as a Sales Rep, Manager, Director, Vice President, and Team President, Boz offers comprehensive support to your entire staff.

Beyond his work with Playfly Aspire, Boz provides customized training and coaching to clients, focusing on areas such as Sales, Revenue Maximization through Service and Retention, Leadership Development, Gameday Staff Training, and Fundraising.
