Mehalko Transitions to Aspire as Northeastern FRMC Manager

Ross Mehalko has joined The Aspire Group as the Manager of the Northeastern Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC). Mehalko and his staff will oversee all athletic ticket sales and service initiatives as well as philanthropic donations to the Huskies Fund.
For the past seven years, Mehalko served as the Huskies’ Senior Assistant Director of Athletic Ticketing where he managed all ticket office operations and procedures. Prior to Northeastern, he worked for The Kraft Group as a Senior Customer Service Representative and earned “Customer Service Person of the Year” in 2010. Before Kraft, he also spent time with the Trenton Thunder Baseball Club (MiLB), the Double-A affiliate of the New York Yankees (MLB), as the Ticket and Events Coordinator.
The Mystic, Connecticut native earned his MBA in Marketing from Northeastern (’15) and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Fairfield University (’03) where he was also a member of the baseball team.
