ATLANTA, GA – Following years of success, Kansas Athletics and The Aspire Sport Marketing Group have agreed to a multi-year partnership extension. Aspire will continue to provide a fully integrated Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) for outsourced ticketing, marketing, sales and service to the Kansas Jayhawks. In addition, The Aspire Group will now be more involved with KU’s annual fund and the Williams Education Fund (WEF). Aspire’s Strategic Consulting & Research department will also conduct customized projects, such as fan surveys and pricing analyses, for KU.

The Jayhawks FRMC will retain responsibility for new sales, service, retention and ticket operations for all ticketed sports. Aspire’s Charlie Arviso, the industry’s first ever outsourced Associate AD, will continue to run all operations for the FRMC.

“I want to thank KU alum and Aspire Founder Bernie Mullin for his tireless effort in advancing the ticketing experience of KU fans,” said Chris Freet, Deputy AD for External Engagement. “Under the leadership of Bernie and Charlie Arviso over the last year, they have solidified the foundation of our ticketing efforts and created a blueprint for continual growth.”

“It is particularly gratifying to me as a Kansas alum to have our great partnership with Jayhawk Athletics extended. Together, we look forward to taking our ticket marketing, sales and service support plus new donation creation to even greater heights.” said Dr. Bernie Mullin

Over the past 5 years, the KU FRMC has generated over $33 million in total revenue.

The Aspire Group is excited to continue building and growing its partnership with The University of Kansas for many years to come.
