ATLANTA, GA – The Colorado State University (CSU) Athletics Department and The Aspire Sport Marketing Group have announced a multi-year contract extension.

“As we continually strive to grow our Ram family, it is important that we place a strong emphasis on serving our fans,” said Joe Parker, director of athletics. “Our partnership with The Aspire Group has brought significant enhancements to the way we serve our fans in their ticket-buying experience and in the way we service our season ticket patrons, who are critically important to our future growth.”

Since Aspire joined forces with Colorado State Athletics in 2014, not only have season ticket numbers increased each year, but the level of customer service offered to ticket patrons has been significantly enhanced.

“The hard work and dedication that CSU and the Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) staff have put in are reflected in the incredible numbers they’ve been able to produce,” said Bernie Mullin, Chairman & Founder of Aspire. “We look forward to a bright future with CSU and continuing to support the growth of the program for the fans and student-athletes.”

The extension follows a record-setting year for CSU football. The CSU FRMC set the record for both total season tickets (15,447) and new season tickets sold (5,750). The total season tickets sold represents a 120 percent increase from the 2014 football season prior to Aspire’s arrival to campus.

To complement the number of new and total season tickets sold, season ticket revenue has increased by 124 percent, and group sales revenue has increased by 55 percent since 2014. The excitement of CSU football’s new on-campus stadium and ticket sales success fueled attendance numbers with a record high average of 32,062 fans per game and four stadium sellouts.

“In our two and a half years on campus here at CSU, we have built an amazing partnership. With the consistent support of our Director of Athletics Joe Parker and the entire Colorado State Senior Administration, we’ve achieved some amazing things. We’re excited to be able to extend our partnership and continue to build on the special things Colorado State has going on here in Fort Collins.” said Todd Shell, FRMC Manager for Colorado State University.

Six dedicated personal account representatives make up the CSU FRMC to serve fans in person at the Ram Zone retail store in Old Town Fort Collins and by phone at 800-491-RAMS (7267).
