Cleveland State Athletics and Aspire Group Launch Fan Engagement Survey

CLEVELAND, OH- Cleveland State Athletics, in partnership with The Aspire Group, has launched a fan engagement survey aimed at evaluating fan perception and making improvements to the game day experience across all home athletics contests.   

CSU is seeking thoughtful and constructive feedback from ticket holders, Viking Fund members, alumni, local sports fans, and other stakeholder groups, which will be used to gain insight on opportunities for CSU Athletics to enhance attendance and support through creative fan engagement activities.  

The survey takes approximately five to seven minutes to complete.  All participants will receive a code valid for two complimentary tickets to a 2023-24 men’s basketball non-conference home game of their choice and will also be entered to win several prizes courtesy of Cleveland State Athletics, including:  

-Two tickets to an upcoming Cleveland Guardians home game

-A $500 Playhouse Square gift card

-A $500 Amazon gift card
