Aspire Sells CFL Tickets with Toronto Argonauts FRMC

The Aspire Group has launched a Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) for the Toronto Argonauts Football club, located in the Rogers Centre in Downtown Toronto.  The FRMC began operations in late June, focusing on selling season ticket packages and group tickets.


“The Toronto Argonauts are thrilled to have The Aspire Group supplement our current ticket sales staff. The Aspire Group’s resources, paired with the Argonauts’ long-standing tradition of service, have created a strong enhancement to an already successful sales team,” said Daniel Steinfeld, Vice President, Ticket Sales and Service, Toronto Argonauts.


This partnership comes at a time when both organizations are at the top of their game.  The Argos are in contention for the lead of the Canadian Football League’s (CFL) East Division and The Aspire Group is the global industry leader in Ticket Marketing, Sales and Service (TiMSS), with over 25 Fan Relationship Management Centers operating worldwide.

The Argos’ FRMC is currently managed by Darren Arnold, former FRMC Manager of the Ottawa 67’s in the Ontario Hockey League.  Prior to joining The Aspire Group, Darren worked for the Toronto Blue Jays (MLB), Hamilton Bulldogs (AHL), and the Medicine Hat Blue Jays.
