In addition to providing Auburn with ticketing support through an on-campus Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC), the partnership will include integration into Aspire’s data insights platform and strategic consulting and research services.

“Aspire is thrilled to partner with Auburn to elevate their ticket operation and provide Tiger fans with the best customer service in the industry,” said Bernie Mullin, Founder and Chairman of The Aspire Group. “Aspire’s specialized staffing model and data insights integration allow us to strategically connect with the Tigers’ passionate fan base to determine how we can enhance their satisfaction and overall experience.”

The new Auburn FRMCSM will be comprised of a specialized staff of 10, which includes several Auburn alumni, focused on database marketing and analytics, sales and service, group sales and women’s sports. Aspire has already hired several Auburn Alumni to service Tigers fans.  These specializations integrated with the data insights and fan, pricing, and market research services will provide unparalleled sophistication to Auburn’s ticketing operation.

“Auburn Athletics is excited about the opportunity to team up with The Aspire Group to continue to grow the Auburn Family,” Assistant Athletics Director Jon Sirico said. “It is important to reach out to our alumni and fans who are not yet engaged in Auburn sports. Our gameday experience is strong because of the Auburn Family which continues the tradition-rich history.”
