The Aspire Group has announced the annual award, the “All-Aspire Team”, to recognize the top performers across the company for the past year. Similar to an All-Star team, individuals who make the team consistently perform at a high level and, for Aspire, are at the top of the company-wide “hustle board”.

Teams:

  • 1st Team – Individuals with the highest totals for one or more hustle stat on the Aspire-wide hustle board
  • 2nd Team – Individuals with the 2nd highest totals for one or more hustle stat on the Aspire-wide hustle board
  • Honorable Mentions – Individuals with the 3rd highest totals for one or more hustle stat on the Aspire-wide hustle board

Note: Individuals can be recognized in more than one category and/or team.

Each team is also broken up into two different categories:

  • Large FRMC – 4 or more Sales Consultants
  • Small FRMC – 3 or fewer Sales Consultants

Eligibility
Individuals who have been with Aspire for six months as of 12/31/17 are eligible. No Leaders (Managers & above) were eligible for selection.

Review Period
For the 2018 All-Aspire Teams, the stats have been pulled from 7/1/17-12/31/17.

On January 22, 2018, Aspire will begin announcing the first ever All-Aspire rosters for 2018.
