ATLANTA — July 15, 2010 — Today marks a full year of ticket sales for The Aspire Group with its “Fan Relationship Management Center” at Georgia Tech. To date, the Georgia Tech FRMC has generated $1.2 Million in new ticket revenue and related donations. This is a remarkable accomplishment given that no premium seating, hospitality, season ticket renewals or inbound phone calls are included. Based on the prior experience of The Aspire Group’s Principals, 80% of these fans will likely renew their purchases each subsequent years, therefore the Lifetime Asset Value (LAV) could be as much as a staggering $6 million impact in new ticket revenue and related donations to Georgia Tech Athletics over the next five years.

“We are tremendously proud of this year’s sales numbers,” said Dan Radakovich, Director of Athletics, Georgia Tech. “It is a true testament to The Aspire Group’s ticket sales staff providing unsurpassed customer service to our fans on a daily basis.”
