Any individual who enters, attempts to enter, or in any way participates, or attempts to participate in the USA Rugby 7s Collegiate Championships Sweepstakes(the “Sweepstakes”) conducted by National Rugby 7’s LLC (the “Sponsor”) (each such individual is hereinafter referred to as a “Participant”) agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions provided in these official Sweepstakes rules (the “Official Rules”), as well as by Sponsor’s interpretations of the Official Rules which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this Sweepstakes, Participant represents and warrants that you are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules. Participant also agrees to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of the Sweepstakes.
No purchase necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win a prize.
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes are open to legal residents of the United States who submit this form. Participants must accurately complete all required fields on the form, or the entry will be deemed incomplete and will not qualify. Participants must be 18 years of age or older as of their date of entry in the Sweepstakes in order to qualify. The Sweepstakes are subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and participation is void where prohibited by law. The officers, directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies and agents of Sponsor and any entity involved in the sponsorship, development, production, implementation and distribution of the Sweepstakes as well as their respective parents, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries and successor companies, and their immediate family members (and those living in the same household, whether or not related), are prohibited from participating in the Sweepstakes and do not qualify as Participants. “Immediate family members” shall include spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws”, or by current or past marriage, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation, or other familial extension.
Sweepstakes Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on April 22nd 2022 at 9:00 AM ET and ends on April 29th 2022 at 12:00 PM ET (“Entry Period”). To be eligible for a Sweepstakes prize, entries must be received within the specified Entry Period.
How to Enter: Eligible Participants can enter the Sweepstakes by submitting an entry via this online form. Participants must fully meet all Sweepstakes requirements, as specified in the Official Rules, in order to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the Official Rules or specifications will be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Participants may enter the Sweepstakes only once, and any subsequent entries will be disqualified.
Prizes: The winners of the Sweepstakes (the “Winner”) will receive two 2-day General Admission passes to the USA Rugby 7s Collegiate Championships (the “Event”), a retail value of $98. The actual/appraised prize value may differ at the time the prize is awarded. The prize(s) shall be determined solely by the Sponsor. There shall be no cash or other prize substitution permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Sponsor is not liable to Winner for any cancellation or rescheduling of the Event for any reason and has no obligation to reimburse, refund or otherwise substitute the passes for another prize should the Event not be rescheduled, or vouchers not issued.
Publicity Release: If selected as a Winner, Participant, by accepting the prize, authorizes and irrevocably grants to Sponsor permission to, from time to time, reference and discuss Participant and their participation in the Sweepstakes in publications and/or on Sponsor’s website(s) in photographs, video recordings, digital images, audio recordings, as well as in newsletters, news releases, other printed materials, and in materials made available on the Internet or in other media now known or hereafter developed for any purpose Sponsor deems proper. Such reference and discussion may involve Participant’s name, voice, likeness and other personal/biographical material or their participation on-air. Unless otherwise required by law, no additional compensation will be paid to Participant for this publicity release.
Entries Are the Sole and Exclusive Property of Sponsor: All Sweepstakes entries and/or related submissions become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor upon transmission. The Sweepstakes entries may be used by Sponsor for any purpose whatsoever related to the Sweepstakes, without additional compensation to the Participant or any other individual or entity.
Odds: The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning for each entrant to the sweepstakes.
Selection and Notification of Winner: The Winner will be selected by a random drawing among all eligible entries under the supervision of the Sponsor. The Sponsor will notify the winner by email within ten days of selection. The Sponsor is not responsible for, nor shall have liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to email security settings. Nor shall the Sponsor be liable for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner fails to claim the prize within five days from the time the award notification was sent or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner may be selected. Receipt of the prize by the Winner is subject and conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Terms & Conditions: In its sole discretion, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes should situations beyond Sponsor’s control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. In its sole discretion, Sponsor has the right to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes by disqualifying entries submitted via disallowed entry methods, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user; or entries made with the use of non-human digital tools (bots, macros, scripts, etc.). Attempts by any Participant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.
Limitation of Liability: Your entry into this sweepstakes constitutes your agreement to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the sweepstakes or use of the prize.
Participation Problem Disclaimer: Even if alleged to be caused by the sole or partial negligence of Sponsor, Sponsor is not responsible for any problems which affect, or result from, participation or attempted participation in the Sweepstakes. This includes, but is not limited to, the following problems:
1. Incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate entry information;
2. Human errors;
3. Failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions or defects of any wireless network, telephone network, internet service, computer systems, servers, utility providers, or software;
4. Tampering, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or computer data;
5. Network hackers or other unauthorized access to Sponsor’s computer network;
6. Data that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to wireless network, telephone network, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on wireless or telephone networks; and
7. Equipment malfunctions.
Disputes: Under no circumstances in any dispute between Participant and Sponsor, shall Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than Participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this sweepstakes). Participant waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
Privacy Policy: Personal information provided by Participant through this form is collected into a database that is administered and accessible by Sponsor. This Privacy Policy discloses our privacy practices with respect to our collection, use, and disclosure of your data.

Depending on your decision to purchase a ticket to USA Rugby 7s Collegiate Championships, we may also collect or derive information such as age, gender, race, ethnicity, face or facial profile, and education or income level. Should you choose to purchase a ticket to USA Rugby 7s Collegiate Championships, we collect and derive information about your interactions that occur during the purchase process. Purchasing a ticket to USA Rugby 7s Collegiate Championships does not increase a Participant’s chances of winning a Prize.
We use the information you share to communicate with you through email and provide notices, including, for example, notices of special promotions, offers or solicitations relating to USA Rugby 7s Collegiate Championships.
Sponsor will not share Personal Information with companies, organizations, or individuals other than those participating in the promotion and administration of the Sweepstakes and the USA Rugby 7s Collegiate Championships. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without reference to its conflict of laws principles. By entering the Sweepstakes, Participants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts of Georgia and waive the right to have disputes arising out of the subject matter hereof adjudicated in any other forum. In no event, will any Participant be entitled to injunctive relief or equitable relief of any kind, or restrain the continuation of the Sweepstakes.
