Jacqueline has over 10 years of HR experience working in industries such as healthcare, property management, and IT infrastructure. She is an accomplished leader and change agent with expertise in all facets of employee relations, human resource management, and process improvement, within high-profile organizations. Skilled in providing strategic leadership of short- and long-term goals using innovative techniques/consulting in support of the company’s mission and core values, to implement positive change and increase performance. She is adept at leading innovative human resource strategies, established organizational change management strategies, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

Jacqueline is currently pursuing her MBA with concentration in Human Resources Management at SNHU graduating Fall of 2023. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, checking out the newest restaurants in the city,  blogs for the Yelp Elite Squad, DIY projects, watching football (Atlanta Falcons Fan), and spending quality time with family/friends.
