As the Human Resources Coordinator for The Aspire Group, Frederick is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources function by completing administrative tasks in a confidential, efficient, and timely manner. He is passionate about and committed to preserving a culture that encourages, supports, and celebrates the diverse voices of The Aspire Group’s employees.

Frederick is responsible for onboarding process which includes generating offer packages, communicating with new hires, and hiring managers as appropriate; facilitate background check process, ensure onboarding tasks and I-9s are completed as required, as well as completing all other hiring-related tasks and updating/ensuring accurate employee records in the HR System and personnel files.

Before joining The Aspire Group, Frederick was a Management and Program Analyst for the U.S. Navy.  In his role he functions as the Human Capital Manager/Manpower Officer.  In his role, he had management oversight for Military Human Resources and Civilian Personnel Human Capital Management.

Frederick is a graduate of Mississippi State University.  In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, friends and sports entertainment.
