C.J. began his Aspire career as Director of Ticket Sales and Service for Rutgers Athletics where he achieved outstanding success in managing over $11 million of athletic revenues. By becoming intimately involved in the Scarlet Knights ticket marketing strategy and execution and directly overseeing all ticket sales and box office operations, he drove substantial improvement in season ticket renewals and new sales and donation revenues across all ticketed sports. C..J assumed the role of Regional Vice President of Fan Relationship Management in 2012. As Regional VP, C.J. oversees half of the Aspire’s FRMC properties alongside counterpart VP, Tony Garrett.
Prior to joining Aspire, C.J. managed the Cleveland Browns (NFL) Season Ticket Sales team. In addition, he was a part of the sports industry’s $500 million+ revenue record setting Dallas Cowboys (NFL) Cowboys Stadium project and was a top producer for the Memphis Grizzlies (NBA). The University of Memphis product initiated his career as a sales assistant with the Pittsburgh Pirates (MLB).
