Michael “Boz” Boswell has over 25 years experience at the highest levels in sports sales and related training and understands the needs of sales and service departments. Boz is responsible for working with each Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) and all Aspire partners to improve employees’ sales and service skills that drive revenues, attendance, and staff and fan retention.
