

Brian Kan
Manager, Performance Analytics
As Manager of Performance Analytics, Brian is responsible for analyzing all areas of Aspire and our partners business in order to enhance revenue, productivity and efficiency particularly at our Fan Relationship Management Centers (FRMC). Detailed analysis and reports include: marketing, advertising and promotional campaign effectiveness, lead list conversion, sales resource effectiveness, and Return on Objectives (ROO) and Return on Investment (ROI) of all marketing, sales, and service campaigns.
Previously, Brian worked part-time at Aspire’s Georgia Tech FRMC analyzing performance and producing reports that generated critical data for sales strategy development.
Before joining The Aspire Group, Brian’s career was on Wall Street, working for Bear Stearns in New York, Dallas, and Tokyo, Japan. There, he was working on the company’s Securities Division, providing trade processing and account handling for clients, SEC compliance reconciliation, and currency exchange. In Japan, Brian was part of a small team building the loan origination and securitization business.
Brian received his undergraduate degree from Boston University and an MBA from the Georgia State University J. Mack Robinson College of Business with a concentration in Business Analysis.
