Aspire and Florida Atlantic University Partner To Develop FRMC

The Aspire Group and Florida Atlantic University have reached an agreement to operate a Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) at the Boca Raton campus in Southeastern Florida. The FRMC will include a manager and four sales consultants focused on selling a full menu of ticket plans to the Owl community beginning in May.

“Florida Atlantic University is pleased to join the Aspire Group’s network of sport professionals, which has a proven track record for driving revenue growth,” said Dexter LaMont, FAU’s senior associate athletics director for External relations. “The Aspire Group understands the importance of maximizing fan engagement and building crucial long-term.”

FRMC’s use intelligent marketing and proactive sales techniques to lay the foundation for sustainable performance by generating a two way dialogue with fans. The Aspire Group will assist in developing a full ticket marketing, sales and service strategy primarily focused on football and men and women’s basketball.

The Fan Relationship Management Center is an instrument for FAU to employ that will help build their brand and maximize organizational growth.” said Bill Fagan, General Manager – Fan Relationship Management, The Aspire Group.

The Aspire Group has hired Brian Treiser to manage the FAU FRMC. Brian graduated from Florida State University in 2007 before he began his career with the Miami Heat in 2008. Brian led the Miami Heat in season tickets sales from 2008-2010 generating over a million dollars in revenue for the 2010 season.
