The University of Pennsylvania Athletics has selected The Aspire Group, the global leader in sport & entertainment revenue enhancement, to launch an on-site Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  This on-site FRMC will be operated by one Selling Manager and one sales consultant with the function of selling new tickets and renewals for all ticketed Penn sports, including the Penn Relays.

For the past two years, the Penn Relays has partnered with The Aspire Group for remote ticket sales support out of Aspire’s National Sales Center in Atlanta, Georgia.  For the 2016 Penn Relays campaign, Aspire had two sales consultants dedicated to the campaign which resulted in a meaningful increase in sales revenue. One of those sales consultants, Riley Cain, has been named Manager of the Penn Athletics FRMC. Previously, Riley served as a Team Leader for Aspire’s National Sales Center.

“We are delighted to broaden our working relationship with The Aspire Group,” stated Roger Reina, Penn’s Senior Associate Athletic Director for External Affairs.  “Aspire’s dedicated sales force, and proven methodology, have delivered terrific revenue results at Penn and in college athletic programs across the country.”

“We look forward to continuing our relationship with Penn Athletics and the Penn Relays to provide fans with an outstanding purchasing experience,” stated Bill Fagan, Aspire’s SVP & GM of Fan Relationship Management. “The relationship has grown over the last two years and reached a point where it made sense to partner with University of Pennsylvania Athletics on a year round basis.”

CJ Wiatr, Regional VP of Fan Relationship Management, will serve as the liaison between Aspire and Penn Athletics. Wiatr has worked for two NFL teams, the Dallas Cowboys and Cleveland Browns, and currently oversees 12 of The Aspire Group’s FRMC properties including the University of Maryland, University of Massachusetts, and Harvard University.
