ATLANTA, GA – The Aspire Group announced a fully integrated, multi-year partnership with the University of Idaho Athletics. The partnership will include an on-campus Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMCSM) for outsourced ticket marketing, sales and service support, Aspire’s data insights platform “The A-Cube,” and award-winning strategic consulting & research (SC&R) services.

Our partnership with Aspire will allow us to improve our customer service, ticket sales and overall presence in the marketplace,” said Idaho Director of Athletics Rob Spear.

The Vandals FRMCSM will be responsible for new sales, service and retention and ticket operations for all ticketed sports. Aspire will also be conducting its proprietary Yield Management workshop for ticket pricing & packaging. This approach provides Idaho with data-driven recommendations to build unique ticket packages that meet the needs of its fan base.

“Idaho will be Aspire’s first fully-integrated partnership at launch date that includes ticketing, SC&R, and the A-Cube,” said Bill Fagan Chief Operating Officer with The Aspire Group. “This integration will allow the team to provide unparalleled customer service to Vandal fans while boosting both revenue and attendance for the best home-field advantage.”

C.J. Wiatr, Regional VP of Fan Relationship Management, will serve as the liaison between Aspire and Vandal Athletics. Wiatr currently manages 16 of Aspire’s 32 FRMCsSM including the University of Connecticut, Georgia Tech, and Colorado State University.

The University of Idaho is Aspire’s 15th new partner of 2017. In 2016, Aspire added 32 new partners to the portfolio of over 200 professional and collegiate properties with over $200 million generated annually in ticket and related donation revenue.
