Florida Atlantic University and The Aspire Group, the global leader in sport & entertainment revenue enhancement, are proud to announce their partnership has been extended through 2019, a partnership that started in April 2012. Since inception, the FAU Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) oversaw new and renewal sales for all ticketed sports, generated over $6 million in total revenue and in 2014 launched a successful sales position dedicated to promoting and selling tickets for the women’s athletics programs.

“Our partnership with The Aspire Group has been mutually beneficial,” stated Pat Chun, Athletic Director for FAU Athletics. “They are integral to our ticket operations and work seamlessly with our staff. We will continue to work together to grow our fan base and look forward to the future. We thank Bernie Mullin, Bill Fagan, and Brian Treiser for their commitment to FAU Athletics.”

“In evaluating potential partners to assist us with our ticket sales initiatives it became clear that our department’s values align very well with The Aspire Group,” stated Melissa Dawson, Executive Associate AD for FAU Athletics. “They are committed to excellent customer service, exploring innovative ways to grow our fan base and the professional development of their on-campus staff.   These three factors combined with our previous success with them as our sales partner were paramount in our decision to extend the relationship.”

Brian Treiser, recently promoted to Senior Director of Ticket Sales & Service for the FAU FRMC, has been on-campus since the start of this partnership and has been responsible for 12 internal staff promotions within the FRMC and into leadership positions for FAU and Aspire. He will continue to oversee the talented staff, while achieving milestones for FAU Athletics in the coming years and paving the way for future innovations in FAU’s ticket marketing, sales and service operation.

“It has been an honor for me to be part of the progress FAU Athletics has made since kicking off its partnership with Aspire in April 2012,” stated Brian Treiser, Senior Director of the FAU FRMC. “The growth in the last four years has been tremendous and I look forward to reaching new heights together in the upcoming years.”
