As The Aspire Group's General Manager - Fan Relationship Management, Bill oversees all client relationships and management of the centers worldwide. Starting with the first installation at Georgia Tech, he is responsible for building the business globally through outstanding client servicing, implementing next-practices coupled with his own unique experiences and techniques.

Michael Meitin
Managing Director, United Kingdom and Europe
Mike Meitin is the Managing Director of Aspires operations in UK and Europe. In this role, Mike oversees partner relationships, management of the FRMC's, and growing the business in the UK and Europe. Mike was promoted to Managing Director after serving as the FRMC Manager for Coventry City FC for ten months. In this role, Mike established the first FRMC in Europe producing the equivalent of $650,000 in new ticket sales revenue in the first year of operation.

He has over 20 years sales & marketing, customer service and strategic planning experience in the fast-moving and extremely competitive wireless telecommunications industry. He has an outstanding global executive career having worked in more than a dozen countries – including assignments in USA, England, Germany, Brazil, Peru, and China.

Manager, Performance Analytics
As Manager of Performance Analytics, Brian is responsible for analyzing all areas of Aspire and our partners business in order to enhance revenue, productivity and efficiency particularly at our Fan Relationship Management Centers (FRMC). Detailed analysis and reports include: marketing, advertising and promotional campaign effectiveness, lead list conversion, sales resource effectiveness, and Return on Objectives (ROO) and Return on Investment (ROI) of all marketing, sales, and service campaigns.
Ben Pincus
Team Leader, Business Development
As Team Leader, Business Development, Ben is tasked with creating new relationships, partnerships and growing Aspire’ s client base. Ben became a member of the Aspire family in August of 2011 to run the remote FRMC partnership with Florida International University, before moving into his current role in January 2012.
