Georgia Tech has a proud tradition of excellence in both academics and athletics. The Yellow Jackets are a member of the NCAA (Division I) within the Atlantic Coast Conference.

Challenge:

Increase Season & Group Ticket Sales for Football and Men’s Basketball at Georgia Tech.

Solutions:

The Aspire Group created the first ‘Fan Relationship Management Center’ in college athletics, hiring Bill Fagan as the dedicated Sales Manager along with twelve (12) Sales Consultants to proactively sell tickets on behalf of Georgia Tech Athletics. Along with the supervision and staffing, Aspire also provided proprietary training, structure and systems to support Georgia Tech.

Results:

The Aspire Group’s Fan Relationship Management Center produced $4.5 million in new sales revenue for Georgia Tech in the first 3 years of operation. The products sold were season and group tickets for Football and Men’s Basketball; there were no premium seating sales, no renewals and no “gimmies” from inbound ticket calls or online included in these sales figures, items that our competitors use to inflate their numbers.
